Alison has expensive experience as a freelance director. Productions include Paper Thin at Tabard Theatre by Bruntwood Winner Anna Jordan, Eyes by Peter Gordon at New End Theatre Hampstead, Educating Rita (Germany Tour), Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Cyprus), and Twelfth Night (touring). Other directing includes Kindertransport, Heavenly Creatures, Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet, at Webber Douglas and an adaptation of the Orestia and an adaptation of The Oedipus Plays at Drama Studio London
